Attendees Cup contest is open for all amateurs who worked contest QSOs in Finland.
Time First Tuesday of each month: VHF-contest, 144MHz.
Second Tuesday of each month: UHF-contest, 432MHz.
Third Tuesaday of each month: 1,3GHz contest, 1296MHz, and Microwave-contest, 2,3GHz and up.
Fourth Tuesday of each month: 50MHz.
All contests at 20-24 Finnish time, also with daylight saving time.
Sections 1,3GHz contest, Microwave-contest and 50MHz contest: General (all modes).
VHF- and UHF-contests: General (CW, SSB and FM) and Fone (SSB and FM only).
Scoring 1 point/1km. Shorter than 10km=10 points.
Microwave-contest has following multipliers: 2,3GHz=2x, 3,4GHz=3x, 5,6GHz=4x, 10GHz=5x, 24GHz=6x and so on. Example: 42km at 5,6GHz results 4x42 points.
Each square (even the square where the competitor is located at, if had a QSO to that square) results bonus-score as following: 50MHz- and VHF-contest 500 points and UHF-contest 300 points. 1,3GHz- and Microwave-contest 100 points per each band.
EME-contacts during the contests result no points.
Report RST and WW-locator.
Logs Log must be written in VHF-UHF LOG of the SRAL, or equivalent A4-sized log-sheet. Log is not the list of the QSOs generated byt the computer.
Time should be written down in the UTC.
Number of squares worked must be clearly noted in the log.
Total points must be noted on the topmost logsheets upper right corner on the cell "Total points". Only column which will not be filled is the column "don't fill".
Logs should be sent before Thursday next week (after contest) to:

Kari Syrjänen OH5YW
Mäkeläntie 11
45100 Kouvola

Logs could also be sent by email, REG1TEST-format (*.EDI) or plain ASCII-file (*.TXT) are supported. The address is vhfcontest@sral.fi.
Logs arrived overdue, erroneously or insufficiently filled logs could be disqualified.
Winners The station which has gained most points in the sum of nine chosen months contests of the year, is the winner of his section in the cup contest.
Three best of each sections will be awarded by the SRALs trophy.
50MHz contest total points are calculated so, that the best of each contest gets 1000 points. The following competitors get points related to the winners points as the following equation shows:
[ (own points in the contest) / (winners points in the contest) ] * 1000
Example: Winner gets 48367 points, he gets 1000 points. Second one gets 36549 points, which yields to final points of 756.
Contest manager will calculate the final scores monthly.
Attendees can note the club stations call sign to the log, if they want. In this case the points are also added to the club stations scores. This concerns all of the contests. The club station does not necessarily be the own club of the attendee, but only one club station per year is permitted.
Errors If the contest manager notes the invalid log entry, then the one erroneous character (in the report or in the locator) will result 25% loss, two characters will result 50% loss of the points which would be given from that QSO. Three or more erroneous characters or the error in the call sign will yield to the disqualification of the QSO.
The competitor will have, if wanted, the report concerning the point losses from the contest manager. VHF-committee of the SRAL will solve the disputes. The committees decision is final.
General Competitor may work the same station only once per single contest.
In the results the stations worked only FM-QSOs will be noted separately.
Competitor must comply with IARU region 1 band plan.
Duplicates and incompleted QSOs must be noted in the log, but without points.
Participation is allowed in one section only in the VHF- and UHF-contests. If the competitor participates in the Fone-section, he may work CW-QSOs but they shall be noted in the log with no points.
It is forbidden to use call channels, multi-TX operating, QSOs via active repeaters or translators, power permitted by the special license, and changing QTH on the single contest.
Competitor who does not comply the rules, Ficoras regulations or behaves unsportmanslikely can be disqualified on the contest.
Log is qualified if it arrives before the end of the yar and it has acceptable post mark (ie. it is posted before Friday next week after the contest).
The results of each contest is published as soon as possible in the bulletin of the SRAL and Radioamatööri-magazine.
